  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the district where mumcooks is located, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the original claimant.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Send the counter‑notification to the same email address. If we receive a valid counter‑notification, we will restore the material within ten (10) business days unless the original claimant files a court action seeking a restraining order.
